Refund Policy

Every new LymeBooks account starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can decide before you pay anything.

If you subscribe and change your mind, email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of what you paid for.

If we have a prolonged outage or a defect that stops you using the service, tell us and we will credit or refund the affected period.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
